We operate on a print-on-demand model, which means every product is made just for you once your order is placed. This approach helps reduce overproduction and waste, making your purchase more sustainable.

Because each item is custom-printed, we cannot accept returns or exchanges due to buyer’s remorse, size issues, or change of preference. Please double-check sizing charts and product details before placing your order.

Damages and Issues

We want you to love your order. Please inspect your item upon arrival and contact us immediately at info@the-anti-tech.com if it is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We’ll work with you to make it right. 

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Since all items are made-to-order, we cannot accept returns for:

Incorrect sizes chosen by the customer

Changes of mind after production begins

Personalized/customized designs once printed

The only exceptions are cases of defective products, printing errors, or incorrect items received.

Exchanges

Because every item is made on demand, we do not offer direct exchanges. The best way to get the correct item is to place a new order once your claim is approved.
