Orders

What happens after I place an order?
Once your order is successfully placed, you'll receive an order confirmation email. This email will include the summary of your order and your order number.

If you haven't received your order confirmation, please make sure to check your spam or junk folder.

As soon as your parcel leaves the warehouse, we will send you a shipping confirmation email. This email includes your delivery tracking number and the link to the carrier's tracking page.

What can I do when I did not receive a tracking link for my order?
If you successfully placed your order, but did not receive a tracking link after three business days, we recommend to wait one more business day. If you did not receive the email on the fourth business day, please get in touch with info@the-anti-tech.com

In which countries are you available?
Currently, we are only available in France, Belgium and The Netherlands. However, we will expand our webshop soon to other countries within EU. Are you from EU mainland and want to order from our site?

Send an email to info@the-anti-tech.com stating from which country you want to order, and we will work with you to see what we can do.

Delivery

When will I receive my order?
We operate on a print-on-demand model, which means every product is made just for you once your order is placed.

We aim to print, pack, and get your order ready for dispatch within 1–3 business days.

To track the delivery status of your order, simply click on the tracking link provided in the email sent to you after your order has been dispatched.

The tracking link mentions that my order was delivered, but I did not receive anything.
Please check if the parcel was delivered to a neighbour. If this is not the case and the parcel has not been delivered to you within the Shipping Estimates please contact us at info@the-anti-tech.com.

Refunds and Returns

What is your return policy?
We operate on a print-on-demand model, which means every product is made just for you once your order is placed. Since all items are made-to-order, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Incorrect sizes chosen by the customer
  • Changes of mind after production begins
  • Personalized/customized designs once printed

The only exceptions are cases of defective products, printing errors, or incorrect items received.

What if my item is damaged or defective?
We are sorry to hear that your item has arrived damaged or defective. Please send us an email to info@the-anti-tech.com with your order number and a picture of the item.

Can I exchange an item?
Because every item is made on demand, we do not offer direct exchanges. The best way to get the correct item is to place a new order once your claim is approved.

What can I do if I received an item I did not order?
Please send your order number and picture of the received item to info@the-anti-tech.com. We will work with you to make it right.

What are my payment options?
We want to make shopping at The Anti Tech easy for you. The payment options depend on which country you are situated in. For each country we try to have the most popular payment options available. How secure are my payment transactions via The Anti Tech?
Powered by Shopify, we use secure transmission of your data. Your bank details are safe.


Sizing

How do I find the right size or fit?
The style of our clothing has a relaxed, boxy, or oversized fit. On every product page there is a link to a size chart where you can see the exact measurements. Please allow for slight deviations in measurements (plus/minus 2%).

Sustainability

Do you use sustainable materials?
All of the products are certified as "Organic 100% Content Standard", or "Organic Blended Content Standard".

Organic 100:

  • Product containing 95-100 percent organic material.
  • Verified presence and amount of organic material in a final product
  • Tracked flow of the raw material from its source to the final product.

You can find this certificate on our t-shirts and tote bag, as these products are created from 100% organic cotton.

Organic Blended

  • 5 - 100 percent organic material
  • Verified presence and amount of organic material in a final product
  • Tracked flow of the raw material from its source to the final product

You can find this certificate on our hoodies and sweatshirts, as these products contain both organic cotton, and recycled polyester (which is not an organic material in itself).

Why choose print-on-demand?
Every product is made just for you once your order is placed. This approach helps reduce overproduction and waste, making your purchase more sustainable. In addition, your garment is printed in a printing hub closest to you, which shortens the delivery distance and therefore has a smaller carbon emission associated with it.
